odonates part 2: damselflies
**updated Jan 2024**
Odonates: dragonflies (big, wings out) and damselflies (small, wings up).
Damselfly (infraorder Zygoptera) families include: spreadwings, broad-winged damsels, and pond damsels.
I got really into odes during the summer of 2020. Odes are now my second favorite group of animals behind birds.
